Refunds: Due to the nature of our digital products, we do not offer refunds once the product has been ordered, downloaded or accessed. By purchasing our digital products, you acknowledge that they are immediately accessible upon purchase and, therefore, cannot be returned.

EU Withdrawal Rights: Due to the nature of our digital products, access and delivery are provided immediately upon successful checkout. As a result, the 14-day right of withdrawal available to consumers in the European Union does not apply once the digital content has been supplied and performance of the contract has begun.

For customers located in the European Union, this information is clearly presented during checkout. Before completing a purchase, customers must expressly acknowledge and consent to the immediate delivery of the digital product and confirm that they understand they will lose their right of withdrawal once delivery has commenced.
